As part of Bartlit Beck’s commitment to fostering equal opportunity in the legal profession, our firm established the Bartlit Beck Fellowship. The inclusion of a broad range of experiences and viewpoints has long been a key to our success.
The Fellowship will be awarded to third-year law students who have demonstrated a commitment to equal opportunity in the legal profession and have secured a federal judicial clerkship. The six-week term of the Fellowship will take place between the Fellow’s law school graduation and the commencement of the clerkship.
Fellows will receive (1) a six-week paid summer Fellowship with Bartlit Beck, (2) reimbursement for bar examination preparation course expenses, and (3) an additional $30,000 stipend. The Fellowship position will be part time, providing opportunity to study for the bar exam.
Selection as a Fellow does not create any obligation concerning future employment with Bartlit Beck. Applications should be received by November 1. Applications received after November 1 will be considered as space allows.
