Zita Chan

Zita is a member of the corporate practice group of Bartlit Beck. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, advising private equity funds and their portfolio companies on a variety of transactional and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Bartlit Beck, Zita practiced in the corporate and securities practice group of Dechert LLP in London, where she advised private equity funds and private companies on high-value, cross-border transactional matters.
