Representative Matters

Jacob joined Bartlit Beck following two clerkships with federal Courts of Appeals. Jacob was formerly a litigation associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where he served as trial counsel for a fourteen-day breach-of-contract case.

Before attending University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he graduated second in his class, Jacob spent a decade working as a landscaper.  Jacob enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and taking road trips to remote towns in Colorado and throughout the West.

Counsel representing class of California residents who used mobile devices with the Android operating system in their claim for conversion against Google for Google’s undisclosed and wrongful consumption of Plaintiffs’ cellular data.  Class certification granted, case pending.
