Mary Kate is a litigator and represents clients in their most important commercial cases, including intellectual property, antitrust, and breach-of-contract actions. Mary Kate has experience at trial and arbitration, writing winning motions, and taking depositions.

Prior to joining the firm, Mary Kate was an associate at a premier law firm in New York, and a clerk for Judge Jennifer L. Rochon in the Southern District of New York. Mary Kate completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Pennsylvania and her law degree at Columbia Law School.

When she’s not trying cases, Mary Kate enjoys hiking, reading, and playing the piano.
