Amy (Gore) McCalib has worked on high-stakes complex commercial cases including nationwide class actions, MDLs, and multistate litigation. She has represented clients in a variety of disputes including trade secret, patent, product liability, and consumer fraud actions.

Amy graduated from the University of Michigan Law School where, as President of LAW Breaks, she coordinated legal volunteer opportunities for over 50 law students – helping to earn LAW Breaks the law school’s Outstanding Pro Bono Project Award. She maintains a robust pro bono practice, having assisted clients in habeas corpus, asylum application proceedings, and criminal appeals.

Align v. 3Shape (D. Del. and W.D. TX)
Represented Align in lawsuits brought by Align against 3Shape and vice versa for alleged infringement of different patents related to 3D dental imaging technology. The parties entered a global settlement in early 2022.
Viking Technologies LLC v. Asurion LLC (E.D. Tex.)
Trial counsel for Asurion in patent infringement litigation involving mobile device display repair technology. Case settled on the eve of trial.
Confidential AAA Arbitration
Represented defendant in a confidential AAA commercial arbitration. Case settled.
