Christiana is a member of the corporate practice group of Bartlit Beck where her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, advising private equity funds and their portfolio companies on a variety of transactional and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Bartlit Beck, Christiana practiced in the corporate practice group of Hogan Lovells, where she advised private equity funds and strategic acquirers across a variety of industries including healthcare, sports & entertainment and technology.
