Dawson Robinson is a trial lawyer that clients rely on for their highest-stakes litigation. He has experience managing every phase of a case, from drafting the complaint to arguing dispositive motions to preparing for and winning at trial. Recently, Dawson was a core member of a trial team that represented Monsanto in a personal injury case alleging that Monsanto’s Roundup® causes non-Hodgkin lymphoma. After a six-week trial, the jury found for Monsanto on all claims and awarded zero damages. The verdict ranked as one of the top ten most impressive defense verdicts of 2023 by Courtroom View Network.

Dawson has successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of cases––including mass tort, breach of contract, antitrust, and securities actions––in both state and federal courts. He takes pride in turning complicated fact patterns into dynamic, digestible stories for judges and juries.

Before joining the firm, Dawson clerked for Judge Kevin Newsom on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Dawson graduated with honors from Harvard Law School, where he was an editor on the Harvard Law Review. Dawson also graduated from the University of Notre Dame, where he was President of the undergraduate mock trial program. During his junior year, Dawson earned the highest individual score in the history of the Collegiate Mock Trial National Championship and was named an All-American Attorney.
