Noor represents clients in complex, high-stakes litigation matters, including serving as trial counsel in two arbitrations. She has experience in various commercial disputes, including employee benefits, employment law, intellectual property, and professional liability.
Noor joined Bartlit Beck following judicial clerkships with Judge Robert L. Wilkins on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and Judge Matthew F. Kennelly on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Prior to her clerkships, Noor served as a Bartlit Beck Diversity Fellow. She earned her law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she was elected Editor-in-Chief of the California Law Review, and her undergraduate degree at Northwestern University.
Before law school, Noor worked at Allstate Insurance Company as a management consultant for Allstate Management Consulting Services and as a licensed diversity, equity, and inclusion strategist on Allstate's Inclusive Diversity team.
