Walter Allison

Walter is a member of the corporate practice group of Bartlit Beck where his practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions. Walter has advised private equity funds and their portfolio companies on a variety of transactional and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Bartlit Beck, Walter practiced in the corporate practice group of Cooley LLP, where he advised high growth startups and their investors on venture capital financings and equity issuances.
