Bartlit Beck wins patent infringement trial for DuPont

Chris Landgraff and Mark Levine represented DuPont in a patent infringement trial against Unifrax in the District of Delaware.  The patent at issue related to a fire barrier laminate for thermal blankets for airplanes.  After the week-long trial, the jury returned a verdict for DuPont, finding that Unifrax infringed DuPont's patent and awarded damages of $3,272,000.  Unifrax was represented by Robins Kaplan, Curatolo & Sodoti and Richards, Layton & Finger.
