Sean Gallagher and Wesley Morrissette Win Seventh Circuit Appeal for BankDirect

Sean Gallagher and Wesley Morrissette were successful in their Seventh Circuit appeal of a preliminary injunction granted in the district court. The preliminary injunction required plaintiff, BankDirect Capital Finance, LLC, to continue in a contractual relationship with defendant, Capital Premium Financing, Inc., beyond the contract's longest possible term. In granting the appeal, the Seventh Circuit vacated the preliminary injunction effective immediately and awarded damages to BankDirect.
