Bartlit Beck Obtains Voting Rights Act Trial Win

Nico Martinez and Wesley Morrissette, along with our co-counsel Bryan Sells, obtained a trial victory in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, declaring that Georgia’s at-large, statewide method of electing members of the State’s Public Service Commission unlawfully dilutes the votes of Black citizens.
